Product return and refund policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from receiving your order to request a refund.
To receive a refund the item/items have to be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, and in the ordinary packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please email customer service immediately. The customer is liable to pay for their own return postage and package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact contact our Customer Service team.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/changes to your order
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item, please contact Customer Service immediately. Once your order has already been processed and/or shipped out Amari Designs accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
There are NO exchanges to your order after you have purchased, so please ensure you are certain about purchasing the items in your cart before submitting payment.
Amari Designs reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
